Terms of service

By placing an order with The Lynz Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and fair process for all customers.

1. Custom Orders

Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be changed or modified.

After fabric has been ordered, your order will be completed and shipped according to the listed turnaround time (TAT).

If payment fails or a chargeback is made, you will remain legally responsible for full payment. Failure to resolve payment may result in legal action and additional fees.

Exclusive Custom Prints

Custom orders using your own print require a $15 exclusive fee. This ensures any remaining fabric is destroyed after your order is completed.

If you do not add the exclusive fee, any remaining fabric may be used for Ready-to-Ship (RTS) items or mystery bags. This policy helps reduce waste and keeps custom pricing affordable.

All design files are deleted after fabric is ordered. Please retain a backup copy if you plan to reorder in the future.

2. Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing an order, as we cannot accommodate size changes after an order is placed.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We highly recommend adding Route Package Protection to safeguard your order.

If Route protection is not added, you must file claims directly with USPS. The Lynz Co. and Gabrielle Dyer are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in USPS possession.

USPS claims are subject to their policies, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Custom Orders: Estimated turnaround time (TAT) is 28 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise stated. TAT begins the day the preorder closes. 

RTS (Ready-to-Ship) Orders: Ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.

Please verify all order details before checkout, as orders cannot be changed or edited once placed.

5. Failed Payments & Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed payment, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

The customer is responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.
