Refund policy

At Wild Stitch & Chapters, we take great care in crafting quality handmade clothing and personalizing each bookish box. Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we highly recommend purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout. This ensures a smoother claims process and quicker reimbursement for your order.

• All packages include insurance through route and/or USPS. However, claims must be filed by the customer, and approval is at USPS’s discretion. Adding Route protection provides an extra layer of coverage and an easier claims process.

• Wild Stitch & Chapters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If you find your package is not able to be located but shows delivered, please check with neighbors first and then file a route claim.
