RTS 4T inspired “IT” Halloween Frida Romper

This romper generally runs TTS with room to grow due to adjustable tie straps and elastic back. The bells generally run a little on the long side.

The pom poms and bows are hot glued on, so it is recommended to hand wash and lay flat to dry for best care.
